Account Cancellation Form We regret that you have decided to cancel your account. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, fix a problem you could not resolve or match a better price, please call us now at 1-800-446-7846.
Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. We ONLY accept cancellation notices via this cancellation form. You cannot cancel your account via email or phone, no exceptions. 2. Accounts less than 30 days old, will recieve a full refund on the hosting fees minus any setup fees and/or domain registration fees. 3. Annual hosting accounts, including renewals after 30 days are non-refundable. 4. Any domains registered on your behalf at the time of your order are subject to a domain registration fee of $20. You retain ownership of the domain. 5. All monthly service accounts require a 30 day notice, no exceptions. 6. If you have a dispute about a charge, we urge you to call us (888-314-1925) before disputing the charge with your credit card company. We'll resolve any issues immediately. Charge backs are taken seriously and are automatically referred to a collections agency. Cancelations are normally processed within 48-72 hours.
